Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet, and the pet deposit is $400 per pet. Small caged animals (birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without deposit or pet rent.
